SB 1232: Motor Vehicles

GENERAL BILL by Rader

Motor Vehicles; Authorizing a motor vehicle to be equipped with certain lamps or devices under certain circumstances; requiring law enforcement officers to access certain information during traffic stops or crash investigations for certain purposes; creating the Motor Vehicle Insurance Online Verification Task Force; reducing the amount that must be collected from insureds before policies or binders are issued; authorizing motor vehicle policies to exclude named individuals from coverage, etc.

Effective Date: Except as otherwise expressly provided in this act, this act shall take effect July 1, 2019
