Landlords and Tenants; Citing this act as the “Tenant Protection Act”; requiring a landlord to provide a physical copy of any restrictive covenants that govern the premises to a tenant at a specified time; requiring written notice be provided to a tenant of any changes to the covenants within a specified time, etc.
