Mobile Home Park Lot Tenancies; Providing that certain deficiencies are limited to direct violations of a specified chapter; authorizing a park owner to enter a homeowner’s lot to correct specified violations under certain conditions; requiring a park owner to provide a copy of an eviction notice to the Division of Florida Condominiums, Timeshares, and Mobile Homes within a specified time, etc.
