GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice ; Children, Families, and Elder Affairs ; Bean

Child Abuse; Expanding the list of incidents or injuries that constitute harm to a child’s health or welfare to include incidents or injuries resulting from violations of child restraint and seatbelt requirements; requiring the central abuse hotline to accept certain reports or calls for investigation for children who do not live in this state; expanding the types of reports that the department must refer to Child Protection Teams, etc.
