Determination of Identity or Residency; Prohibiting representatives, local governments, or other political subdivisions of the state from accepting specified cards or documents to determine a person’s identity or residency; prohibiting local governments or law enforcement agencies from authorizing the use, creation, acceptance, or recognition of such cards or documents as a form of identification to determine a person’s identity or residency, etc.
Effective Date: Upon becoming a law
