Protection of Property Subject to Bankruptcy or Other Proceedings; Providing that child support is held in trust for any child for whom such support is intended and is not considered property of the recipient; expanding the list of property eligible for exemption by an individual debtor under the Bankruptcy Reform Act of 1978, as amended, to include alimony, support, or separate maintenance already received, etc.
