Condominium Associations; Revising criminal penalties relating to the acceptance of things or services of value or kickbacks; authorizing an association to direct certain persons to the association’s website to fulfill certain obligations relating to the inspection of records; requiring certain associations to post copies of certain documents on the association’s website by a specified date; providing criminal penalties for fraudulent voting activities related to association elections, etc.
