Reemployment Assistance Program Law Contribution Rates; Providing an adjustment, beginning on a specified date, to the contribution rate of the reemployment assistance tax for specified employers; providing that the adjustment may not be in effect during certain years, etc.
Effective Date: On the same date that SB 640 or similar legislation takes effect, if such legislation is enacted in the same legislative session or an extension thereof and becomes a law
