PUBLIC RECORDS/GENERAL BILL by Infrastructure and Security
OGSR/Automated License Plate Recognition System; Amending a specified provision which provides a public records exemption for certain images and data obtained through the use of an automated license plate recognition system and for personal identifying information of an individual in data generated from such images; removing the scheduled repeal of the exemption, etc.
