GENERAL BILL by Gruters ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Taddeo

Animal Welfare; Authorizing a veterinarian to report criminal violations to certain officers and agents without notice to or authorization from a client; providing that certain contracts entered into on or after a specified date for the sale or lease of dogs and cats are void and unenforceable; authorizing a court to take certain actions regarding the care, custody, possession, or control of an animal in domestic violence actions, etc.
