Onsite Sewage Treatment and Disposal Systems; Requires periodic inspection of onsite sewage treatment & disposal systems; directs DOH to administer onsite sewage treatment & disposal system inspection program; provides program requirements, exemptions, inspection procedures, & notice & reporting requirements; authorizes DOH to develop fee schedule by rule; requires system owners to pay costs of inspections & pump-outs.
