Public Safety Telecommunicator Training; Defining the term “telecommunicator cardiopulmonary resuscitation training”; requiring certain 911 public safety telecommunicators to receive telecommunicator cardiopulmonary resuscitation training every 2 years; requiring the Department of Health to establish a procedure to monitor adherence to the training requirements; authorizing the department to adjust state grants or shared revenue funds to certain entities based on their employees’ adherence or failure to adhere to the training requirements, etc.
