Driving Under the Influence Diversion Programs; Authorizes judicial circuits to implement Driving Under Influence Diversion Program; specifies state attorney shall operate program; provides for program eligibility & requirements; requires reduced charge of reckless driving & withhold of adjudication for participant who successfully completes program; requires report to Governor & Legislature; requires person's new driving-under-the-influence offense after successful program completion to be charged as though person had prior driving-under-the-influence conviction.
