Price Transparency in Health Care Services; Prohibits limitations on price transparency with patients in contracts between health care providers & health insurers or HMOs; prohibits health insurer & HMO from requiring insured & subscriber to make payment for covered service that exceeds certain amount; requires health benefit plans covering small employers to comply with such restrictions.
