Sentencing and Incarceration; Authorizes award of gain-time for completion of prison entrepreneurship program; provides limits on certain awards of gain-time; specifies that certain inmates may not receive gain-time in amount that would prevent them from serving minimum of 85 percent of their sentences; revises definition of "administrative probation"; requires that all conditions of probation be included in Florida Crime Information Center system; requires court to impose sentence below statutory minimum for certain drug trafficking offenses in certain circumstances.
