Transportation Network Companies; Authorizing a person who is 18 years of age or older to establish an account with a transportation network company (TNC); providing requirements for establishing an account; requiring a TNC to provide human trafficking awareness training and education to employed TNC drivers; authorizing the Department of Financial Services to seek a court order to require a TNC to comply with certain provisions, etc.
