Regulation of Pet Stores; Creating the "Florida Pet Protection Act"; requiring the licensure of pet stores; requiring the Department of Business and Professional Regulation to adopt procedures for such licensure; regulating the sale or transfer of household pets by pet stores; limiting the sources from which pet stores may acquire pets for sale; requiring the department to conduct periodic inspections of pet stores and audit sales records, etc.
