Condominium Associations; Providing that certain associations may continue to represent, prosecute, or defend unit owners in certain proceedings; revising criminal penalties relating to the acceptance of things or services of value or kickbacks; revising requirements for the creation of a rebuttable presumption relating to the provision of records; providing criminal penalties for fraudulent voting activities related to association elections; revising the jurisdiction of the Division of Florida Condominiums, Timeshares, and Mobile Homes of the Department of Business and Professional Regulation with regard to investigating complaints, etc.
