GENERAL BILL by Stewart
Vessel Safety; Prohibiting a vessel operator from endangering the life, limb, or property of another person by allowing passengers to ride on the bow of the vessel; providing that careless operation includes causing wake to law enforcement vessels under certain circumstances, etc.
