GENERAL BILL by Perry
Home Delivery Services; Creating the "Evy Udell Public Safety Act"; providing background screening requirements for home delivery service providers who provide home delivery services for a retailer; prohibiting a home delivery service provider from entering the home of or being unsupervised with a consumer upon the conviction, or any other adjudication, of specified crimes; specifying retailer responsibilities and duties, etc.
