Bank Property of Deceased Account Holders; Authorizes financial institutions to disclose specified information & provide copies of specified affidavits to certain persons relating to deceased account holders; Authorizes financial institutions to pay certain funds to authorized family member of decedent without court order; requires authorized family member to provide financial institutions certified copy of decedent's death certificate & specified affidavit to receive funds; specifies that person does not have right or cause of action against financial institutions for certain actions or for failing to take certain actions; provides liability for authorized family members.
