Uniform Partition of Heirs Property Act; Creating the "Uniform Partition of Heirs Property Act"; providing requirements relating to the court determination of heirs property; providing for the determination of property value; providing for buyout of cotenants; providing for sale of property through open-market sale, sealed bids, or auction; authorizing certain cotenants to agree to certain partitions of real property, etc.
