SB 7046: State Group Insurance Program
GENERAL BILL by Governmental Oversight and Accountability
State Group Insurance Program; Authorizing persons eligible to participate in the program to elect membership with certain health maintenance organization plans; requiring at least one health maintenance organization plan be made available to each enrollee residing in the state; prohibiting specified fraudulent acts in connection with the program, including the submission of fraudulent insurance claims, making false statements in claims, and the acceptance of certain payments; requiring the Division of State Group Insurance to establish an anti-fraud unit for certain purposes by a specified date, etc.
