Termination of Pregnancy; Prohibiting termination of pregnancy based on a test result, diagnosis, or other reason for believing that the fetus has Down syndrome; providing an exception; subjecting a physician to disciplinary action for performing such abortion; requiring a physician to report specified information for each abortion performed to the Agency for Health Care Administration, etc.
