Greyhound Racing Compensation; Requires Division of Pari-mutuel Wagering to select organization to distribute proceeds from Greyhound Racing Compensation Trust Fund; provides requirements for organization; authorizes rulemaking; directs division to calculate certain savings; requires certain funds be placed into Greyhound Racing Compensation Trust Fund.
Effective Date: upon becoming a law, but only if HB __ or similar legislation takes effect
