Cooperative Advertising Agreements; Authorizing a manufacturer or importer of malt beverages and a vendor to enter into a written agreement for brand naming rights and associated cooperative advertising if certain requirements are met; providing requirements for such agreement; prohibiting certain manufacturers or importers of malt beverages from soliciting or receiving certain payments; specifying that such agreements do not affect distributors, etc.
