Prison Releasee Reoffender Sentencing; Revises required sentencing structure for prison releasee reoffenders upon proof establishing that defendant is prison releasee reoffender; removes provision ineligibility for early release & that requirement that prison releasee reoffender serve 100 percent of sentence; provides resentencing requirements.
