Hormonal Long-acting Reversible Contraception Program; Establishing the Hormonal Long-acting Reversible Contraception (HLARC) Program within the Department of Health for specified purposes; requiring the department to contract with family planning providers to implement the program and provide HLARC services throughout the state; providing for an annual appropriation; requiring the department to apply for grants for additional funding, etc.
