GENERAL BILL by Buchanan
Deposing Victims of Crime; Prohibits deposing of an individual who, at time of request for deposition, is 17 years of age or younger & has been victim of human trafficking or specified sexual offenses; provides that an individual who is 17 years of age or younger & who is victim in prosecution of human trafficking or specified sexual offenses is considered sensitive witness; provides requirements for deposition of sensitive witness.
