Sports Wagering; Authorizes wagers on sports events; provides duties of Division of Pari-mutuel Wagering; authorizes application to division for license to operate sports pool; requires annual renewal of license; prohibits sports pools from being offered by anyone other than division or licensee; specifies requirements for accepting wagers; authorizes provision of benefits to induce wagering; requires background checks for licensee employees; prohibits & requires adoption of procedures to prevent certain persons from wagering; prohibits accepting wagers from certain persons; provides for distribution of unclaimed winnings; requires deposit of certain penalties into DBPR's Pari-mutuel Wagering Trust Fund.
