Holmes County Hospital Corporation, Holmes County; Authorizes trustees of Holmes County Hospital Corporation to own, lease, establish, acquire or construct, erect, equip, maintain, & operate both within & beyond the boundaries of Holmes County, health care facilities & services; provides trustees may exercise specified powers; authorizes trustees to contract with certain persons or entities; provides ad valorem taxes & non-ad valorem special assessments be expended only within boundaries of Holmes County; prohibits trustees from expending such funds outside boundaries of Holmes County.
Effective Date: upon becoming a law
