Medical Records of a Child Available for Adoption; Requires certain written notification be provided to prospective adoptive parents regarding medical records of child available for adoption; requires DOH to provide certain medical records to adopting parents within specified time after entry of judgment of adoption; prohibiting DOH from disposing of such records for specified time.
