Communicable and Infectious Diseases; Providing a presumption to specified workers that an impairment of health caused by an infectious disease happened in the line of duty; requiring certain actions in order to be entitled to the presumption; revising the vaccine requirement for specified workers if such vaccine is approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration, etc.
