GENERAL BILL by Regulatory Reform Subcommittee ; McClure

Swimming Pool Specialty Contracting Services; Revises types of buildings for which individuals who are not required to obtain certain registrations or certifications may perform contracting services without local license; authorizes persons under supervision of specified licensed contractors to perform specialty contracting services for commercial or residential swimming pools, interactive water features, hot tubs, or spas; provides that such supervision does not require contract between those persons.
