Resentencing for Felony Offenses; Authorizes state attorney to petition sentencing court to resentence felony offender if original sentence no longer advances interests of justice; provides requirements if sentencing court grants petition; authorizes court to consider specified postconviction factors; requires that credit be given for time served; requires court to provide an opportunity for victims of offender's crimes to present statements.
