Public K-12 Educational Institution Resiliency; Citing this act as the "Resilient Schools Act"; authorizing the Department of Education to provide certain technical assistance to school districts; authorizing schools or other local governmental authorities acting on behalf of a school to contract with third parties for renewable energy source devices located on property owned or controlled by a school; establishing the Resilient Schools Pilot Program within the department beginning with a specified school year, etc.
