Use of Electronic Databases; Prohibits use or release, not authorized by law, of any information contained in Driver & Vehicle Information Database; requires law enforcement accreditation program to address access to & use of personal identification information contained in electronic databases; requires each law enforcement officer receive instruction on authorized access to & use of personal identification information contained in electronic databases.
