Reapplication for Revoked Health Care Practitioner Licenses; Requiring, rather than authorizing, health care practitioner boards under the Department of Health to establish rules for reapplication for licensure by health care practitioners who have had their licenses permanently revoked; requiring the boards to grant such applicants opportunities at reasonable intervals to demonstrate certain competencies; requiring the board to grant an applicant such initial opportunity within a specified timeframe, if requested, etc.
