Medicaid Coverage for Adult Dental Services; Requiring the reimbursement of certain adult dental services by the Agency for Health Care Administration under the Medicaid program; prohibiting reimbursement for such services if provided in a mobile dental unit; requiring that the minimum benefits provided under the Medicaid prepaid dental health program cover certain adult dental services, etc.
