GENERAL BILL by Appropriations ; Health Policy ; Rodriguez

Department of Health; Revising the purpose of the department’s targeted outreach program for certain pregnant women; requiring the department to provide specified information to pregnant women who have human immunodeficiency virus (HIV); requiring certain 911 public safety telecommunicators to receive biannual telecommunicator cardiopulmonary resuscitation training; providing additional long-acting medications that pharmacists may administer under certain circumstances, etc.

Effective Date: Except as otherwise expressly provided in this act, this act shall take effect July 1, 2021
