Employment After Retirement Of School District Personnel; Establishes exception to reemployment after retirement limitations to authorize retired instructional staff to be employed as substitute teachers before meeting definition of termination; prohibits accrual of additional retirement service credit & renewed membership during such period of reemployment; requires SBA & DMS to request determination letter & private letter ruling from Internal Revenue Service.
