OGSR/Trade Secrets/Department of Business and Professional Regulation; Amending a provision which relates to an exemption from public records requirements for trade secrets contained within complaints or pursuant to an investigation of such complaints obtained by the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, which are submitted by permittees relating to the manufacture, repackaging, or distribution of a drug or for a permit or product registration or for the renewal of such permit or product registration; removing the scheduled repeal of the exemption, etc.
