Direct Filing of an Information; Prohibits child who has been transferred to adult court for criminal prosecution pursuant to direct file from being held in adult jail before hearing; removes references to state attorney's discretion; revises discretionary direct file criteria; requires court to advise child & his or her parent or guardian of child's right to certain due process evidentiary hearing; authorizes child or child's parent or guardian to request hearing; requires judge to conduct hearing within certain timeframe & consider specified information & factors; authorizes judge to consider certain reports; provides for continued jurisdiction; requires adult court to make certain findings; authorizes review.
