Physician Certifications for the Medical Use of Marijuana; Increases number of consecutive supply limits of marijuana qualified physician may issue in his or her physician certification for medical use of marijuana; provides higher supply limit for disabled qualified patients; revises frequency with which qualified physicians must evaluate existing qualified patients for physician certification for medical marijuana.
