Mental Health Assistance Allocation; Revising the elements of plans required for school district funding under the mental health assistance allocation; requiring the plans to include adoption of an interagency agreement or memorandum of understanding with a managing entity that performs specified functions; requiring such agreement or memorandum to address the sharing of records and information to coordinate care and increase access to appropriate services; requiring the plans to include adoption of policies and procedures that meet specified criteria, etc.
