Florida Occupational Safety and Health State Plan; Defining the term “state plan”; requiring the Executive Office of the Governor to develop a proposal for a state plan to assert state jurisdiction over occupational safety and health issues for government and private employees; requiring the Division of Risk Management and the Division of Workers’ Compensation within the Department of Financial Services, the Department of Health, and the Department of Business and Professional Regulation to assist the office with development of the proposal upon request, etc. APPROPRIATION: $1,000,000
