GENERAL BILL by Hutson ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Rodrigues

Local Districting; Prohibiting the drawing of county districts to favor or disfavor an incumbent county commissioner; prohibiting the consideration of the addresses of certain persons during the district-drawing process; requiring municipalities to fix the boundaries of their districts in a certain manner; prohibiting the drawing of municipal districts to favor or disfavor an incumbent member of the municipality’s governing body; prohibiting the drawing of member residence areas of district school boards to favor or disfavor an incumbent district school board member, etc.
