Postsecondary Supplier Diversity Expenditure Data; Requiring each state university and Florida College System institution to report supplier diversity expenditure data on their website; requiring each state university and Florida College System institution to submit such data to the Office of Supplier Diversity of the Department of Management Services; requiring the department to post such data on its website, etc.
