Rec./Structured Settlement Payees; Provides exemption from public records requirements for personal identifying information & annuity contract numbers of payee of structured settlement & names of family members, dependents, & beneficiaries of such payee contained in court file relating to proceeding for approval of transfer of structured settlement payment rights; limits such exemption to specified period; provides for future legislative review & repeal of exemption; provides statement of public necessity.
