Domestic Violence Task Force; Creating the Domestic Violence Task Force adjunct to the Department of Children and Families; requiring the department to provide certain services to the task force; providing purposes of the task force; specifying the composition of the task force; providing for the appointment of task force members and requirements for meetings; specifying duties of the task force; requiring state departments and agencies to provide requested assistance to the task force; requiring the task force to submit reports to the Governor and the Legislature by certain dates; providing for dissolution of the task force; providing for future repeal, unless saved by the Legislature through reenactment, etc.
